TÜV Rheinland: People behind the Promise
Challenge
People & Business Assurance isn't the TÜV people picture. It's one part of a much bigger group, and a part most job seekers don't know exists. Explaining what the work here actually looks like, and why it fits people who care about more than a paycheck, was never going to happen through a job ad. What the team needed was proof that "Genau deins." holds up, told by the people living it.

Idea
We started with the groundwork. Interviews with employees across the company, worldwide, fed into an Employee Value Proposition and four core values that describe what working here is really like. From there, the idea was simple: stop talking about the values, and let employees show them. We built a film series around eight protagonists, each one carrying a different value in their own voice. Every story runs on two levels. The We-Level goes personal: who this person is, what drives them. The You-Level connects it back to the job: what this actually means for you, working here.
Execution
We shot over several days, bringing together colleagues from Germany, Spain, the Philippines, China, and Saudi Arabia. No scripts, no actors, no brand voice explaining things for them. Just people, in their own words, in the places they actually work. The result adds up to more than a set of films. It's proof for a promise: a growing library of employer branding content built on real interviews and a clear strategic foundation, not stock footage standing in for culture.
